MoDeSt Society

The association is made up of the ordinary members, the honorary members and members of the Scientific Council when nominated (see article 5 of the Statutes).     

a) The members of the Scientific Council   
One, or at the most two, members from countries of the ordinary members can be nominated by the Board of Directors to the Scientific Council. 
They pay their annual subscription dues (see article 5 of the Statutes) and take part in the General Assembly. 
They have an advisory function for all scientific and technical matters and in particular a promotional role in their own countries.      

b) The ordinary members   
All those who pay their annual subscription dues normally by attending the MODEST ​Conferences (see article 5 of the Statutes) are ordinary members. 
They are informed of the different events through mails and the Society Website and may take part in the deliberations of the General Assembly.   

c) The honorary members   
This title can be given by the Board of Directors to acknowledge significant services to the association. 
Honorary members are exempt from dues but retain the right to take part in the General Assemblies. 
The number of honorary members is limited to twenty.

The membership fee is € 35 per year
